Maître d/Restaurant Manager

JDV Merivale is seeking the services of a successful Maître d /’Restaurant Manager.

The employment opportunity and requires strong interpersonal skills along with good Management skills. A good knowledge of food and wine would be an asset. You will also be required to hold a current Generals Managers Licence.

The remuneration package will be negioated according to experience. JDV is open 7 days a week for breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
